What is Whisper?

Messenger is available for real-time conversation only when you are staying online state
Whisper can be sent when you are logging off or used for non-urgent cases.
With Whisper, you can send a short message to the partner, and when they log in, they can receive your message immediately.
When the partner logs off Messenger on PC, your whisper can also be sent to mobile groupware apps or web.
