Instruction

• There are 2 types of License can not be mixed in the same server : OS is ASP, MS SQL is installed when you purchase. When mixed, it will violate policy lisense
• If Windows & SQL Enterprise version is required : If 2node clustering / CPU more than five
• When user licenses are not checked automatically in Hanbiro and unregistered licenses are used, ASP rental agreement will be terminated and you will be charged a maximum of 10 times the rate of usage.
• ASP license is able to use only in Hanbiro IDC. At the end of ASP, the software should be removed,When used outside Hanbiro, it is illigal and external services are not provided.
• ASP is based on the Microsoft Policy and it can be changed.

• When configuring your server, if the OS and SQL version is used differently, it may lead to occur compatibility issues. Therefore, we do not recommend you to do that.
• When customers uses a mix of Hanbiro MS-ASP license and Windows Server or SQL Server licenses purchased separately, it cannot be used because of license violation.
• When customers rent server from Hanbiro but use Windows Server or SQL Server License purchased separately, it cannot be used because of license violation.
• When customers buy a server, then purchase Software licenses for non-commercial purposes, in this case it is not license violation so it can be used normally.
