- Project Manager - The project can be created by Project Manager appointed by Administrator only. Under creating of Project, Project Manager can appoint the Leader, Participants and Reader(CC)
- Leader - Register tasks and specify person in charge of each task. They can add the Participants
- Participants - Specify person in charge of each task among Leaders and Participants. They can add the Reader
- Reader(CC) - View all tasks
Leader specifies the person in charge of each task among the Participants and registers different tasks involved in the project. Under progressing of Project, if an issue occurs, the Leaders, Participants and Reader can write the Ticket and Reply to solve the problem.
