You do not need to manage your contacts in mobile and Groupware.
It is very convenient when contacts in organization chart are automatically synchronized to the mobile.
There are many contacts folders in Groupware. Select the folders you want to synchronize to your mobile from many contacts folder such as Company Contacts, Dept. Contact, My Contacts, Shared Contacts, ect.
After checking all folders you want to sync on Groupware [Contact > Mobile Sync], click on "Save".
(※ when department is selected from the Contact, Subdivision is not included.)
All folders of Contact(Company Contacts, Public Contacts, Shared Contacts, My Contacts) can be synchronized. (Registered photos in Company contact can also imported)
If you add an account on iPhone by [Settings > Mail, Contacts, Calendars], you can check out the contact synchronized between Groupware contact and iphone contact.
If you add an account on iPad by [Settings > Mail, Contacts, Calendars], you can check out the contact synchronized between Groupware contact and ipad contact.
Enter your account information to synchronize in menu [Set Sync (Calendar and Address)] on the Groupware app login screen.
When you add a "Global Groupware" account in smartphones through [Set Sync (Calendar and Address)], synchronization is possible.
If the process of synchronization with Android tablets Contact complete, "Groupware Account" group is created, you can view the contacts you want by selecting only those contacts.

Bring up the contact's Android phone, you can save the groupware contact.
When you add a "Global Groupware" account in tablet through [Settings > Accounts and sync], Groupware contact and the tablet contact can be synchronized.
If the process of synchronization with Android tablets Contact complete, "Groupware Account" group is created, you can view the contacts you want by selecting only those contacts.
